Does RJR work after hours?

Yes. RJR Services is available 18 hours a day, from 6am to 10pm, 7 days a week including holidays. For same day service, a booking must be made by 1pm

What areas do you service?

Onsite - whilst we primarily service the Melbourne Metropolitan areas, calls to the Greater Melbourne areas are also serviced
Web Design/Custom Applications - no location is out of reach thanks to the internet

How much do you charge?

All pricing is competitive and in line with industry standards, pricing is dependant upon a number of factors, including location, job type and job time.

Do you guarantee your work?

All work completed by RJR technicians is covered by a limited 5-day guarantee. We will happily return to your site free of charge if your problem is not fixed, or a technician error has resulted in adverse effects. The guarantee does not cover user initiated recurrence of the problem (such as software installation errors)
